APPOINTMENTS?

+ How do I book an appointment?

You can book appointments through our online booking system, you will then receive a confirmation email. The therapist him-/herself can call you afterwards if the scheduled appointment cannot take place.

You can also by phone make appointments, you can reach us on the fixed number 03/231.54.01 on weekdays from 10 am to 12 noon and from 3 pm to 5 pm.

If we do not answer the phone, this is because we cannot interrupt the ongoing treatment, please leave a message on the answering machine and we will call you back as soon as possible.

If you are already familiar with your therapist, you can also call him/her on  his/her cellphone number or text your therapist.

+ Cancel an appointment?

We ask for the therapist via his / her mobile phone number at least 24 h to notify in advance if a scheduled appointment cannot take place. A consultation that is canceled less than 24 hours in advance or not attended, can be charged in full.

+ Can I request a home visit?

To arrange a home visit, please contact us by phone. A home visit can be arranged under certain conditions. These conditions are the following:

  • You are not mobile enough to make the trip to the practice yourself. This may be the case, for example, after an orthopedic procedure or other serious conditions/pathologies.

  • From the moment you are mobile enough to make the trip to the practice, the treatment will be continued there.

  • These estimates are made by you and the therapist together.

+ What do I need for my first treatment?

Please be on time (5 minutes before the start) for the treatment, so that you can fully enjoy the time reserved for you!

  • Please also bring you E-ID card or  a sticker  from your health insurance company.

  • Loose clothing, we are not responsible for any torn clothing.

RATE AND REIMBURSEMENT

+ What does a visit to the physiotherapist cost?

The physiotherapy treatment takes 30 minutes and you pay per session in cash or via a mobile payment application (bancontact app, payconiq and the like). Deconventional therapists use the predetermined rates of the professional organization (Axxon). These are €36 for a cabinet treatment and €40 for a home visit.

If you have a preferential arrangement/omniostat/increased reimbursement (xx1/xx1) on the sticker of your health insurance fund), you must indicate this to your physiotherapist and the RIZIV rates will then apply. The conventioned therapists (Ben and Geert) use the predetermined rates of the RIZIV for treatment: €27.10 per 30-minute treatment in practice and €28.23 for treatment at home.

In certain cases, a higher rate can be charged by the therapist. This may be the case if you take the initiative to be treated after 7 pm or during the weekend. This is not a strict rule, the physiotherapist can choose whether or not to use the normal rate.
